The Challenge
Teams that already ran on Dropbox had no clean bridge into WordPress. Client deliverables, course files and design assets lived in Dropbox, but publishing any of them meant exporting a copy, uploading it to the Media Library, and keeping two versions in step by hand. Shared team folders made it worse: nobody could tell which copy was current.
What We Built
File Manager for Dropbox connects a Dropbox account — personal or Team — to WordPress and keeps both sides in sync automatically.
- Advanced File Browser — a full Dropbox explorer for editors, and a configurable one for visitors.
- Auto sync — changes made in Dropbox appear on the site within minutes, with no manual re-import.
- User-specific folders — every logged-in user gets a private space for uploads and downloads.
- Dropbox Team Folder support — shared team storage maps straight onto site permissions.
- Front-end modules — Gallery, Slider Carousel, File List, Media Player, Search Box, and Upload Box.
- Shortcode Builder — a visual builder that writes the shortcode for you, so no configuration is memorised.
Integrations
The plugin plugs into WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads for selling downloadable products, Elementor for layout, and Tutor LMS for gated course files — all reading from the same Dropbox connection.

We designed and built the complete product surface: marketing site, pricing and competitor-comparison pages, documentation, and the in-plugin setup wizard that takes a new user from install to a connected account in under a minute.
