CodeConfig provides web development, WordPress development, AI automation, UI/UX design, and related digital services. Specific project terms, timelines, and deliverables are outlined in individual proposals and contracts.
Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of the source code, design files, and every account we set up on your behalf. CodeConfig retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms are specified in individual proposals. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with milestone payments throughout the engagement.
CodeConfig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
