Position Overview
We are hiring an Expert React Redux Developer with strong experience in React and Redux, specifically RTK Query. This is an on-site role for someone who can write reliable, maintainable code, work well with others, and learn quickly.
Location: CodeConfig HQ, Dhaka
Work type: On-site only
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain production web applications using React, Redux, and RTK Query.
- Integrate with backend APIs and manage client-side state efficiently
- Write clean, testable, and reusable code that follows best practices
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product owners to ship features end-to-end
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
- Help shape architecture and make pragmatic technical decisions
Requirements
- Strong expertise in React and Redux, and hands-on experience with RTK Query
- Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
- Experience with API integration and managing client-side state
- Comfortable working with version control, pull requests, and code reviews
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to learn new tools and patterns quickly
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of component libraries or design systems
- Familiarity with testing libraries and front-end CI workflows
- Experience working on product teams or shipping SaaS features

Workplace & Hours
Office location: CodeConfig HQ, Dhaka
Working days: Sunday to Thursday
Office hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, including a lunch break
Compensation
- Paid internship for the first 3 months
- Salary range: 30,000 to 40,000 BDT per month, based on experience
