Google Drive Files and Folders Not Showing in the Plugin!
If you’re facing an issue where images or folders are not showing in Integration for Google Drive, please follow these steps:
- Click the Refresh button at the top of the Google Drive plugin
- Hard reload your site and clear the cache
- Go to WordPress Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes without changing anything
Note: If you are using the Plain or Numeric permalink structure, files may not show properly. Please switch to another option.
After completing these steps, everything should work normally.
Google Drive Files and Folders Not Showing When Using WP Engine
When you use WP Engine, you may encounter issues such as files not syncing or the latest folders and files not showing up. Follow these steps to fix it:
- Click the Refresh button in the File Manager.
- Go to WP Engine → Caching and clear all cache.
- Go back to the File Manager and navigate to the parent folder where you are facing the issue.
- Click the Refresh button again.
- Now hard reload your browser and check your files.
Note: This happens because WP Engine uses strong caching. It may store old folder data and not show newly added files or folders until the cache is cleared.
